Essential oils are a unique gift from nature to people.
Essential oils are natural aromatic substances found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers and other parts of plants. People extract the essential oils from plants during distillation, pressing or extraction. An aromatic, concentrated, volatile liquid extracted from a wide variety of flowers, herbs, bushes and trees. That is why the essential oils differ from one another in aroma, color, extraction method, and quality. The latter is impacted by plant variety, species, growing conditions, age, extraction time of natural material, etc.
The essential oils have a property to quickly evaporate: at room temperature, they disperse instantly, filling the air with their aroma. Soluble in alcohol, ether, fatty oils or waxes. It is insoluble in the water.
