About the position

The Senior Conversion Optimization Manager will be responsible for the conversion optimization strategy of Aromatic •89• online stores and its implementation in international markets.

Your goal is to identify the biggest growth opportunities based on data and user behavior analysis, and turn them into measurable results. You will analyze the entire customer journey, develop the testing plan, initiate website improvements, and evaluate their impact on conversion, average order value, and revenue.

What you will do

  • You will create and implement the conversion optimization strategy for the Aromatic •89• online store.
  • You will analyze the entire customer journey — from the first visit to a successful order.
  • You will identify the main points where users encounter obstacles or leave the website.
  • You will analyze the performance of product, category, advertising, and other landing pages.
  • You will develop and prioritize an A/B testing plan based on its potential impact on business results.
  • You will create testing hypotheses based on data and user insights.
  • You will coordinate the implementation of A/B tests and website improvements with the design, content, and development teams.
  • You will evaluate test results, draw conclusions, and make decisions about applying successful solutions.
  • You will analyze visitor behavior on the website, their browsing habits, actions taken, and drop-off stages.
  • You will monitor key e-commerce metrics: conversion rate, average order value, revenue per visitor, and cart abandonment.
  • You will look for opportunities to improve product discovery, navigation, product pages, the shopping cart, and the checkout process.
  • You will evaluate the behavior of audiences in different countries and adapt optimization solutions to specific markets.
  • You will ensure reliable data collection and monitor whether key website actions are being measured correctly.
  • You will prepare regular performance reports and provide suggestions for improving results.
  • You will create and maintain a database of completed tests, results, and key insights.

What we expect

  • At least 4 years of experience in CRO, e-commerce, digital analytics, or product optimization.
  • Ability to analyze the full e-commerce customer journey and identify the highest-impact growth opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics and how they relate to each other.
  • Ability to turn user behavior and quantitative data into clear testing hypotheses.
  • Experience working with designers, developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives independently and manage several optimization projects at the same time.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to present analysis results clearly and justify proposed solutions.
  • Good English skills.
  • Experience in UX, user research, personalization, or technical analytics would be a big advantage.
  • Experience working with international e-commerce markets would be a big advantage.
