Content & Social Media Specialist
We are looking to welcome a creative content and social media specialist to our team who will help grow Aromatic •89•'s audience, strengthen brand communication, and create engaging content for different markets.
About Aromatic •89•
Starting from a 12 m² room at home in 2016, Aromatic •89• has grown into an 80+ person team, 1,000+ B2B clients and 35+ franchise stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Armenia and Kosovo. In 2025, our turnover reached EUR 5.35 million, and over the past four years it has grown almost four times. Our clients include companies such as Orlean and Circle K.
Our mission is to turn everyday spaces, cars, homes or business premises into memorable ones through scent. We produce everything in Lithuania, operate in 14 European markets and aim to become one of the best-known fragrance brands in Europe. In 2027, we plan to reach EUR 12 million in turnover, and by 2030 annual turnover should reach EUR 50 million.
About the position
The Content and Social Media Specialist will be responsible for consistent, relevant communication on social media that reflects the Aromatic •89• identity.
Your goal will be to create content that helps people get to know Aromatic •89• products, engages the audience and strengthens the connection with the brand. You will plan social media communication, create copy and content ideas, coordinate the preparation of visuals and video content, publish content and analyze its results.
What you will do
- You will plan and implement Aromatic •89• social media content strategy.
- You will prepare weekly and monthly content plans.
- You will develop ideas for posts, Stories, Reels, and other social media formats.
- You will write clear, engaging texts that match the brand tone.
- You will coordinate the preparation of photos, videos, and other visuals.
- You will take part in creating and selecting photo and video content.
- You will publish content and ensure consistent communication across different social media channels.
- You will adapt content for different countries, audiences, and social media platforms.
- You will monitor comments, messages, and audience reactions, and help maintain a connection with the community.
- You will contribute to communication for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
- You will monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and look for new content opportunities.
- You will analyze content results and make suggestions to improve audience engagement and growth.
- You will collaborate with designers, video content creators, UGC, and other members of the marketing team.
What we expect
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
- Ability to independently plan, prepare, and publish social media content.
- Excellent copywriting skills and a strong command of Lithuanian and English.
- Good visual sense and the ability to recognize content suited to the brand.
- Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to evaluate content performance and use it to improve communication.
- Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate several tasks at once.
- Basic photography, filming, or video editing skills would be an advantage.
- Experience in e-commerce, fragrance, cosmetics, or perfumery would be a big advantage.
- Examples of content created or social media accounts managed would be an advantage.
