Junior Localization Manager
We are looking to welcome a thorough and well-organized Localization Manager to our team, who will help ensure the smooth adaptation of Aromatic •89• content for different European markets.
About Aromatic •89•
Starting from a 12 m² room at home in 2016, Aromatic •89• has grown into a team of 80+ people, 1000+ B2B clients, and 35+ franchise stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Armenia, and Kosovo. In 2025, our turnover reached EUR 5.35 million, and over the past four years it has grown almost fourfold. Our clients include companies such as Orlean and Circle K.
Our mission is to turn everyday spaces, cars, homes, and business premises into memorable places through scent. We manufacture all our products in Lithuania, operate in 14 European markets, and aim to become one of the best-known fragrance brands in Europe. By 2027, we plan to reach EUR 12 million in turnover, and by 2030 annual turnover should reach EUR 50 million.
About the position
The Junior Localization Manager will be responsible for coordinating the translation and adaptation of Aromatic •89• content for different markets.
Your goal is to ensure that e-commerce, marketing, and other customer-facing content is translated accurately, published on time, and sounds natural in every market. You will coordinate content adaptation for different markets, check its quality, and oversee the entire localization process — from receiving the task to publishing the final content.
What you will do
- You will coordinate the translation of the e-commerce site, product descriptions, advertisements, newsletters, and other content.
- You will plan localization work, its deadlines, and priorities.
- You will prepare localization tasks and ensure that content is properly adapted for different markets.
- You will check whether translations are complete, consistent, and match the Aromatic •89• communication style.
- You will ensure that product names, terms, and key messages are used consistently across all markets.
- You will oversee the revision of translations and the approval of final versions.
- You will upload and update translated content in the e-commerce store and other systems in use.
- You will check how translated content appears on the website, in emails, and in promotional materials.
- You will spot inaccuracies, missing translations, or incorrect text rendering and make sure they are corrected.
- You will adapt content for audiences in specific countries, taking into account the local language and cultural specifics.
- You will create and continuously update glossaries and translation guidelines.
- You will monitor the progress of localization work and prepare short reports on completed tasks.
- You will make suggestions to improve the localization process and content quality.
What we expect
- Experience in translation, localization, content management, project coordination, or digital marketing.
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English skills.
- Very strong language sense and attention to text quality.
- Ability to spot language, formatting, and content inaccuracies.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at once and meet set deadlines.
- Diligence, responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan daily tasks independently.
- Ability to work with content management systems.
- Knowledge of additional European languages would be a major advantage.
- Experience working with e-commerce or marketing content would be an advantage.
- Experience using translation or localization management tools would be an advantage.
