UGC Content and Influencer Specialist in Germany
We are looking for someone to join our team and help grow awareness of Aromatic •89• in Germany through authentic UGC content and collaborations with influencers.
About Aromatic •89•
From a 12 m² room at home in 2016, Aromatic •89• has grown into a team of 80+ people, 1000+ B2B clients and 35+ franchise stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Armenia and Kosovo. In 2025, our turnover reached EUR 5.35 million, and over four years it has grown almost fourfold. Our clients include companies such as Orlean and Circle K.
Our mission: to turn everyday spaces, cars, homes or business premises into memorable places through scent. We produce all our products in Lithuania, operate in 14 European markets and aim to become one of the best-known fragrance brands in Europe. In 2027, we plan to reach a turnover of EUR 12 million, and by 2030 annual turnover should reach EUR 50 million.
About the role
The UGC Content and Influencer Specialist will be responsible for strengthening Aromatic •89• awareness and growing the brand’s audience in Germany.
You will look for German UGC creators and influencers who are a good fit for our brand, build relationships with them, and coordinate cooperation from the first contact to the final content publication. You will monitor local social media trends and help create content that is relevant to the German audience, authentic, and sales-driving.
What you will do
- You will search for and select UGC creators and influencers in Germany who fit the Aromatic •89• brand.
- You will build relationships, negotiate collaboration terms, and maintain long-term partnerships with content creators.
- You will coordinate the entire collaboration process — from the first contact and product shipment to content approval and publishing.
- You will prepare clear creative briefs and ensure the content created matches the Aromatic •89• identity.
- You will plan UGC and influencer campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales in Germany.
- You will monitor trends in the German social media, beauty, perfumery, and home fragrance markets.
- You will analyze collaboration and campaign results, prepare reports, and make suggestions for improving performance.
- You will manage the database of creators’ contacts, agreements, published content, and results.
What we expect
- At least 2 years of experience working with influencers, UGC content, social media, or digital marketing.
- Experience independently finding content creators and coordinating collaborations.
- Good knowledge of the German social media market, audience, and cultural specifics.
- Ability to recognize high-quality, authentic content that fits the brand.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate campaign results.
- Ability to plan work independently and coordinate several projects at once.
- Excellent German and good English skills.
- Experience in fragrances, perfumery, cosmetics, or beauty products would be a great advantage.
