UGC content and influencer specialist in the United Kingdom
We are looking to recruit someone to our team who will help grow Aromatic •89•'s presence in the UK through authentic UGC content and collaboration with influencers.

From a 12 m² space at home in 2016, Aromatic •89• has grown to a team of 80+ people, 1000+ B2B customers and 35+ franchise stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic, Armenia and Kosovo. In 2025, our turnover reached 5.35 million euros, and in four years it has grown almost fourfold. Our clients include companies such as Orlean, Circle K.
Our mission: to transform everyday spaces, cars, homes or business premises into memorable ones through scent. We manufacture all our products in Lithuania, operate in 14 European markets and aim to become one of the best-known fragrance brands in Europe. In 2027, we plan to reach a turnover of 12 million euros, and in 2030, the annual turnover should reach 50 million euros.
About the position
The UGC Content and Influencer Specialist will be responsible for growing the awareness and visibility of Aromatic •89• in the United Kingdom.
You will search for and connect with UGC creators and influencers that are right for our brand, and coordinate collaboration from initial contact to final content release. You will also monitor UK social media trends and help create content that is relevant, authentic, and sales-driving for the local audience.
What you will do
- You will search for and select suitable UGC creators and influencers in the United Kingdom for the Aromatic •89• brand.
- You will establish connections, negotiate terms of cooperation, and maintain long-term relationships with content creators.
- You will coordinate the entire collaboration process: from the first contact and product shipment to content approval and publication.
- You will prepare clear creative briefs and ensure that the content is consistent with the Aromatic •89• identity.
- You will plan UGC and influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- You will follow the trends in social media, beauty, home fragrances and lifestyle in the United Kingdom.
- You will analyze the results of collaboration, prepare reports, and make suggestions for improving campaigns.
- You will administer a database of developer contacts, agreements, content, and deliverables.
- You will work closely with the Aromatic •89• marketing team.
What we expect
- At least 2 years of experience working with influencers, UGC content, social media or digital marketing.
- Experience in independently finding content creators and coordinating collaboration.
- Good knowledge of the UK social media market, audience and cultural characteristics.
- The ability to recognize quality, authentic, and brand-appropriate content.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity, initiative and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and ability to evaluate campaign results.
- Ability to independently plan work and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics or lifestyle would be a great advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
